I use ComputerXpress as my go to help. I don't do much on the computer but if I need help, I just go to them instead of trying to figure it out by myself. I was a little disappointed by the amount of time it took to upgrade my operating system. I had been told it would be read in 4 hours and then another hour and then another two. I am surprised that it takes that long to upload a new operating system.

I am so grateful for the super talented team at this location, I went to another repair place in town and had an issue where they couldn’t finish the os reset on the 2019 iMac my dad gave me and they didn’t even know what went wrong. I had to leave with a non functioning computer after three days and we know it worked fine before! I called this place in a panic asking what to do and within 20 minutes of arriving with my computer it was clear they had way more extensive knowledge of the platform and went the extra mile servicing and cleaning the machine. They ended up installing two new hard drives and upgraded the storage and a new san card without changing the cost on me!!I will bring all my electronics here they are the best!!

I purchased my son's gaming system and my laptop from Computer Xpress. My son's gaming system had and unexpected screen issue that I was told was updates. I brought the system down and $75.00 later it worked. Now a little over a week later the screen is doing the same thing. I called the store and was told to bring this large expensive screen and system back down again. The screen is heavy and big which makes transportation difficult. No one at computer Xpress offered any other remedy but drag the big screen and the system back down to their shop again. I am very disappointed that their service is so lacking I truly expected better!

I was having issues with my computer randomly crashing anytime I would try to play games on it. I delt with this issue for months and tried everything I could think of to find the cause. I ran countless scans and performance checks that all came back normal. I swapped out hardware to see if I had faulty parts, but the crashes continued. I eventually gave up and took my PC to ComputerXpress to see if they could find out what was causing the random crashing. In a few hours they had identified my issue. They were very friendly and went over the issues with me and explained the process of what happened and how it was corrected. It turned out my Windows was not installed or partitioned correctly. I never would have considered that because everything ran fine besides crashing while gaming. So I was convinced it had to be a graphical issue. And I was on the verge of buying a new graphics card. ComputerXpress solved my problem and saved me the cost of a new graphics card and the headache of continuous troubleshooting myself. I wish I had brought my PC to them sooner, and I will definitely be using them for my future PC needs.

A computer glitch resulted in a file containing years' worth of important papers to disappear from my desktop. I used every search trick that the internet had to offer to find the folder with no luck. I took my PC to ComputerXpress at 5303 Florida Avenue S in Lakeland to let them take a crack at it. It took a couple days, but they were able to find the missing file with all of my important papers intact! I was very impressed with their skill and professionalism. And I will certainly go to them if I should ever have problem with my PC. It's good to know that there are top-notch computer technicians here in Lakeland.

I came in because I had spent hours trying to fix my gaming computer from a black screen bios problem i had. I really appreciated Tim (terrible with names) he did me a huge solid and also gave me breakdown of everything I would need and cost to get it up and running again. I live about hour away and I'd seriously drive back to just have them fix any problem I'd have with any of my electronics.
